The global effect of Covid19 has dramatically effected the manufacturing process of our suppliers. Random items like electrical parts which are sourced from smaller companies has halted or delayed the manufacturing process of several models.
The way we shop for some products has changed in the last two years. Gone are the days of having abundant stock on the showroom floor. Suppliers are now allocating stock to customers who have a new bike contract and its a first in first serve system. THis is not ideal but its the fairest way the suppliers have found to allocate the stock coming into the country. This also means that some models have a waiting time of over 12 months.
Our staff will do their best to give you an accurate ETA on your bike purchase using all of the suppliers tools available, but these times have been known to change without notice.
